AGM Tuesday 13 October
This year, because of Covid 19 restrictions on social gatherings, we will be holding our AGM via Zoom. This will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday 13 October 2020. To book your place please email vicechair@risboroughu3a.org.uk and you will be sent the link.
The reports, minutes of the last AGM, accounts and any voting requirements will be sent out via email three weeks prior to the meeting. Non-email members will be contacted separately, however, if you know someone who doesn’t have email, please could you pass this information on.
On a more important note, the committee is currently running on a skeleton staff – members having to double up to carry out all the roles.

As you can probably see, more bodies would make the workload a bit easier. We’re not in a position to actually come and twist arms (which is the way committee members have been acquired in the past) so this is a very desperate request to ask you really nicely to put yourself forward for a position on the committee. None of the roles are too onerous and we are a very efficient, supportive and pro-active group keen to ensure we survive the current lifestyle restrictions so that we have something to offer all of you when given the freedom to do so.
