The speaker this month was Tom Way, who spoke about his work as a photographer of wildlife. His biggest passion is Africa where he leads a number of safaris in places such as Zambia, Kenya and Uganda.
He studied sports at Oxford Brookes University, but decided that photography was what he wanted to do after travelling to Africa.
Today’s talk was about photography in Africa and about the money he raises for conservation through the books he produces and exhibitions of his photographs.
