On Easter Saturday Peter Dixon organised a very enjoyable first all-comers set of Petanque games in Wades Park and there has been enough interest on the day and from those not able to be around for the Easter weekend to form a new Petanque Group. Soon it will have it’s own web page with notices of meetings but in the meantime here are details of the next event.
The next meeting is 2.00pm on the 19th April in Wades Park. £2.00 for first-timers, £1.00 for repeat players (ie. Those who played last Saturday) Everyone welcome. You’ll be put into a team on arrival. Please bring boules if you have some.
