We held a new members meeting on 30th April which was wonderfully supported by nearly all our current interest groups with a wonderful display of the activities they carry out and interesting reports from current participants.
We made a point of welcoming all comers, not just new members, but encouraged established members to join us to take the opportunity to expand their knowledge of all the interest groups available. We also welcomed a number of non-members and are pleased to report that this resulted in around 10 new members being recruited on the day.
