Hidcote Manor is an Arts and Crafts garden created by Lawrence Johnstone from 1907 – 1938.  Famous for its garden ‘rooms’ and its beautiful informal streamside planting it was gifted to the National Trust in 1948. Nearby Kiftsgate is a privately-owned garden created on two levels by three generations of gifted women gardeners since the 1930’s.

There are 3 mobility scooters for hire at Hidcote.  At Kiftsgate, access to the lower garden is steep, uneven and can be slippery, so please assess the path before descending.

Light lunches can be bought at both HIdcote and Kiftsgate.
