Several members joined in for the first “avant-garde” Board Games Café evening on the 29th May. A range of new and interesting games were explored throughout the evening, with varying degrees of success but large amounts of laughter and enjoyment. As had been promised, a luxury finger buffet (that could be enjoyed without sticky fingers messing up the playing pieces) was consumed with great enthusiasm. It is hoped that we can repeat this event at some time in the future with the probability that we start up an interest group on the back of it.
