The badminton crowd changed tools from racquets to knives and forks last night and went all out to have a jolly good workout round the dinner table. Thanks to Pauline and Peter of the Risborough Bus for getting so many of us there and back safely, and coping with all us singing all 17 days of Christmas!!; thanks to the Peacock at Henton for excellent food, service and hospitality, but mostly thanks to Peter, for his tireless and efficient running of the badminton group, and for organising everything for last night and cementing wonderful friendships within such lovely group of people.
