More about this group
The Group strives to have a wide range of speakers, not just on members’ holiday destinations, but on travel experiences in the very widest sense. We have travelled with Jason and the Argonauts, experienced belly dancing close up and toured the world by motorbike. Members’ participation is encouraged but we also have a wide variety of external speakers throughout the year – and the occasional visit from Michael Palin on DVD! We are of course always pleased to welcome new members, and to incorporate new ideas for talks and visits.
