On Sunday 30th June 2019 we travelled by coach up to the RAH to hear The Planets an HD Odyssey as Nasa images and films were projected onto a giant screen as the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra journeyed through The Cosmos and performed Holst’s awe inspiring suite, The Planets.
The whole performance was “spectacular.” We had wonderful seats looking onto the stage and orchestra.
It was a lovely warm evening and quite a few of us went into the park opposite.
