The original plan was to hold this meeting as a garden party in the Presidents garden. Unfortunately the British weather intervened and we had to resign ourselves to holding it in the Community Centre.
32 people attended and we were treated to a sumptuous spread prepared by a number of members, ranging from a variety of sandwiches to scones with strawberry jam and cream to a magnificent range of cakes.
My sincere thanks to all those who attended and for making it such a joyous occasion.
Our next meeting is on July 17th when we will be visiting the Chiltern winery at Hambledon. The list for this visit is now full.
