Padel
Padel combines elements of squash and tennis. The court is far smaller than a tennis court, so allows for deftness of shot as opposed to speed and physicality. The courts are softer putting less pressure on joints and muscles. Ideal for seniors who can play the sport with relative ease, a perfect way to keep fit and active.
