What a wonderful party we had on December 18th. The Bowls Club looked beautiful with Christmas trees, tinsel and lots of festive decorations and the food table groaning with plates of finger food all donated by members. A quiz kept everyone busy and entertained as wine and soft drinks were poured by three very attentive wine waiters. Much laughter and joking accompanied the revelation of the quiz answers and then it was time to tuck into the delicious food. Savoury and sweet dishes tickled the palate and the afternoon was rounded off wit a superb raffle with many prizes. Many thanks to all who helped make this a most memorable and enjoyable meeting of good friends and neigbours.
