Future of the Food & Wine Group
A meeting was held by the group on 20th March to discuss the future of the group. Michael George will be the group leader from now on, assisted by a planning team consisting of Elaine Brown, Avril Neighbour and Gill Seels.
After a presentation an open discussion was held and the following decisions were taken
The Objectives of the group are
1. To discover the joys of good food and wine
2. To increase our knowledge of the delights of unusual ingredients
3. To learn about the superb flavours of wines and cordials
4. To learn from each others experiences
