Well, we weren’t expecting that, what a turn out! The first session of the smooth jive dance class was an absolutely remarkable success.
We had 27 keen members brave the wind and the rain on Friday afternoon to spend a couple of hours dancing the light fantastic. They enjoyed a wonderfully structured lesson session guided by Jacqui and demonstrations ably supported by Roger to start them on the road to serious groovin’ and rockin’ on the dance floor.
For all of you who are now worried that you are missing out, come along to the next session on Friday 13th March at the White Cross Hall, Aylesbury Road, from 1:30 to 3:30 to join in the fun. Can’t make that session? No worries, Jacqui will be running the classes the second and fourth Friday of each month so you will soon be able to join in.
