DESCRIPTION:Tickets are going fast for the wonderful and much acclaimed Beatles tribute band the Dung Beatles on Saturday 10th May 2025 at the Brushwood Suite\, Wades Centre (see  poster above). \nThe tickets can be booked by going to www.ticketsource.co.uk.  You can search for Beatles night or put in the date or venue.  There is another Beatles night advertised so do make sure you click on the right one.  The tickets are £15.00 each and are available only to Princes Risborough and neighbouring U3A members.  You may be asked to show your membership number at the door\, as well as your printed/e-ticket.  Payment on the ticketsource site is by credit card. \nIf it is not possible for you to buy your ticket(s) online or by card and you have no-one to do it for you then contact me and I will see what I can do to help. \nDon’t worry if you will be coming on your own as you will be greeted at the door and someone will help you find some friendly faces (I’m sure that will be everyone). \nObviously tickets are limited\, so please don’t delay. \nLooking forward to seeing you on the night. \nMaggie Forbes\nCo-Chair and Social Secretary

SUMMARY:Wine tasting evening
DESCRIPTION:Our next social event is a wine tasting evening. Tickets are selling fast and we expect the event to be a sell out. If you would like to attend please email me at social@risboroughu3a.org.uk.  \nPrice – £12 per ticket \nPlease bring at least two wine glasses for tasting.  We will have water to rinse them out. There will be six wines to taste.  \nThere will be very small nibbles to accompany each wine. This won’t be a meal so it may be adviseable to eat beforehand.  \nWe are having discussions with the Community Bus and hopefully we will be able to arrange transport to and from the event for those who require it.  There will be a cost of a few pounds for this.  \nFinally I am sorry for those of you who won’t be able to get a ticket this time.  If there is enough demand\, we will hold another fairly soon.
