SUMMARY:Coach trip to NT Winkworth Arboretum\, Godalming. Surrey
DESCRIPTION:Winkworth is the National Trust’s only arboretum with a beautiful collection of trees and plants.  It is the result of the vision of Dr. Wilfred Fox who bought the wooded valley and lakes for planting trees to ‘paint a picture’. The grounds are located on the side of a steep valley and there are steep slopes throughout the  property. Refreshments are available in the Arbor Tearoom which does not have indoor seating\, but does have a large outdoor seating area with some covered seating under gazebos.  Picnics are welcome. \nCost: NT members £16       Non-NT members £28.35 \nBooking now open.
